2012 Avensis. Strength of Character
The new 2012 Avensis builds on the spaciousness, practicality and fuel efficiency of the current model. It features a bolder and more refined exterior design, and interior improvements to finish quality, comfort and driving dynamics. The revised 2.0 litre D-4D turbo diesel engine, features lower CO2 emissions (€160 Road Tax) and greater fuel efficiency - yet delivers smoother torque across the range. The 2.0 D-4D fuel consumption has improved by 13% to 61.4mpg (combined cycle) and CO2 emissions have been reduced by 19g to 120g/km while not compromising on performance by delivering 124bhp. Meanwhile, inside the cabin, extensive insulation and improved suspension ensure a quieter, more refined journey for everyone.
